Meditation & 2020: going back to my roots

I have been practicing Meditation since I was 14 years old, almost 30 years. That is formal meditation. There are many forms of it. 
During all this tumult, I have returned back to a regular practice and it feels amazing. I didn't' realize that I had missed this part so much. I was so busy working and surviving that I wasn't giving myself the gift of dropping into myself. 
2020 has been full of blessings for me. Much stress, as well and that has made me go back to my inner roots. Back to Dance/ Movement and Meditation. 

I have gotten to spend more time with my daughter and step-daughters, re-connect to my marriage, and mostly I have had to work on myself. It's been luxurious and definitely a mind F** at times. Thank goodness for technology so I didn't feel as isolated. I have not been alone that much and that has probably helped. 
I was always drawn to meditation, I always felt there was more to life than the physical eye could see. And there is so much more. I would pick up energy and others feelings. The last year or so, I realized how much I FEEL. I also mostly gave up alcohol, I was numbing grief, and more importantly my gifts and the ability to experience the gift of life. With less drinking, I became LESS overwhelmed, have drawn on healthier coping habits. 
Who knows what the future will hold, but I am so grateful I got to slow down and HEAL myself. I have been a practicing healer for 25 years, sometimes we need to stop and rest and heal ourselves, get back to our own light. 
On that note, it is my passion to share Meditation and tools with others. ANYONE can meditate!
